Penny Liddicot

 

Penny joined Community Roots shortly after it was established. Penny has worked in communities for more than 30 years and feels passionately about the ability of people as individuals and groups to do amazing things and change the communities we live in.

 

She brings extensive experience of listening, relationship building and supporting people to take action on issues that matter to them.

 

Penny oversees Community Roots’ work at The Ewe Space in Matson, working alongside the Matson and Robinswood Residents Group, volunteers and local residents as the space develops increasingly resident-led activity.

 

Her wider work includes community conversations, mentoring, volunteer development and supporting people to build the confidence, skills and relationships needed to take greater responsibility within their communities.
